aSpot uses crowd-sourced reports from real drivers combined with street geometry from OpenStreetMap. Accuracy improves as more users contribute. Always check street signs when you arrive — posted regulations always take precedence.
No. aSpot only accesses your location when the app is open ("When In Use" permission). We never track you in the background, and no location data is sent to our servers.
aSpot is launching initially in New York City with plans to expand to additional cities. The app is built to scale — if you'd like to see your city added, reach out at legal@aspot.app.
